Welcome to Floreztuning LLC. (floreztuning.com). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Floreztuning LLC. provides specialized EFI calibration, performance vehicle building, and remote tuning services (E-Tuning and Dyno Tuning). All services are performed by experienced professionals. By purchasing a tune, you acknowledge that you are requesting custom software specific to your vehicle.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Floreztuning LLC. does not offer refunds once a service has been purchased or a tuning file has been sent. This is because we incur immediate costs, including the purchase of software licenses (such as EcuTek) that are permanently linked to your vehicle’s hardware at the time of the transaction. By using our services, you explicitly agree to this policy.

3. Off-Road Use Only (Disclaimer)

Many of the performance modifications and calibrations provided by Floreztuning LLC. are intended for off-road, competition, or professional racing use only.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with their local, state, and federal emissions and safety laws.
• Floreztuning LLC. is not responsible for any legal repercussions arising from the use of our services on public roads or neglect.

4. Vehicle Condition and Reliability

Performance tuning/modifications can increase the stress on engine components.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in sound mechanical condition prior to tuning during and after
• Floreztuning LLC. is not liable for mechanical failures, engine damage, neglect or wear and tear that may occur during or after the calibration process or recommendations 
• We highly recommend following our specific hardware suggestions (e.g., AFR gauges, fuel system upgrades, etc) found in our "Recommendations" section to ensure engine safety.
• Please reach out to Floreztuning LLC. for any questions regarding your vehicle to ensure proper modification and tuning software installations
• Floreztuning LLC. is not responsible for improper installations and maintenance to your vehicle
• Floreztuning LLC. is not responsible for any damage that could occur to the OEM ECU of your vehicle 

5. Remote Tuning (E-Tuning)

For remote tuning services:

• Customers must provide accurate data logs and follow instructions promptly.
• Floreztuning LLC. is not responsible for delays caused by hardware failure, lack of communication, or improper data logging by the customer.
• Failure to report any hardware failures or failure to report any mechanical issues before during or after your tune  is your responsibility not Floreztuning LLC. 

6. Intellectual Property

All tuning files, calibration strategies, and website content (text, logos, images) are the intellectual property of Floreztuning LLC. You may not share, resell, or reverse-engineer any tuning files provided to you.

7. User Behavior and Account Security

When creating an account or interacting with our store, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Refrain from any unlawful behavior, including spamming, hacking, or using the site for fraudulent transactions.
• We reserve the right to disable user accounts or cancel services for any user who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floreztuning LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Paradise Valley, Arizona.

10. Changes to Terms

Floreztuning LLC. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
